How to…Board Presentation Mode

Have a meeting with a client, colleague or consultant? Did you know you could turn all of your Board work into a presentation with the tap of a single button? It is seamless to hide your tools and present your mood boards, lists and products beautifully. Below is a quick “How To” guide for using Board as your new favorite meeting tool! Designs by Devon Grace Interiors.

01. Build Your Moodboard

You already know that you can work fluidly moving images on and off your board while keeping options in the wings as you develop your design. Not seeing these buttons? Ensure you have the latest update here.

02. Presentation Mode

Tap the “Presentation Mode” button to remove all tools as well as graphics and display a beautiful, minimalist presentation space. Your board will also be automatically locked, so that you don’t run the risk of disrupting your design if you or your client touches it during the meeting.

You can still move between your project Cut Sheets, Board, and Lists during the presentation using the grey toggles.

Pro Tip — Want to see your board on the big screen? Your iPad will connect wirelessly to an Apple TV to present your design in a conference room or in your client’s home.

03. Back to Work

Simply tap the “Presentation Mode” icon again to exit and get back to work, or to collaborate when the presentation becomes a work session.
