As we do each Valentine’s Day, this year we polled our worldwide community to find out about their very favorite sources of inspiration. For 2023, we expanded our search to emphasize designers AND makers — this includes design voices, artisans and artists we LOVE. These are the folks that give us the knowledge and designs to inspire better, richer, more beautiful spaces everyday.

Working under the name Wolffia Inc., British abstract artist Emily Jackson creates a world of exuberant paintings that jump off the canvas. Her intuitive but brilliant collages of color and form make us HAPPY and will stand out in any space.

Mallory Solomon works directly with Berber women in Morocco to sell their beautifully handcrafted rugs and ensuring that these skilled artisans benefit from generations of honed tradition and craft.

With their new collab, Sea Galaxy, artist and Design Milk Creator, Jaime Derringer brings a geometric bent to Eskayel’s always dreamy exploration of nature, form and color in fabric and wallpaper.
